Secondary title: | LEGAL AND ETHICAL ASPECTS OF TRANSPLANTATION ACTIVITIES |
Secondary abstract: | Despite of todays rapid development of transplantation its roots reach even back to the time before Christ. The development of transplantation as human method of medicine enabled todays possibility of transplantation od organs, of wich of wich some years ago people thought they were science fiction. Nowdays the progress in technology and knowledge about the human body is so rapid that a permanent actualisation of legal and ethic regulations is necessary. The commercialisation, the danger of manipulations and abuses threaten thw donor and recipient in an organ transplantation. |
