Izvedba metode spremljanja skupne učinkovitosti opreme v proizvodnem procesu

Abstract

Z optimalnim izkoriščanjem delovne opreme je mogoče drage začetne naložbe za opremo prevesti v smiselne investicije, ki prinašajo dobiček, zato mora vsako podjetje posvečati temu vidiku poslovnega procesa veliko pozornosti, če želi biti konkurenčno. Tej problematiki je posvečeno tudi pričujoče diplomsko delo. Kratkemu uvodu, v katerem so opredeljeni problemi, namen in cilj ter omejitve diplomskega dela, sledi obravnava metode celovitega produktivnega vzdrževanja. Poseben poudarek je na merjenju, preračunu in uvajanju sistemskih rešitev za povečanje skupne učinkovitosti opreme, ki je osrednja tema diplomskega dela. Sledi predstavitev tiskarskega stroja MPS EP — 410/8 na katerem se je fizično izvedla meritev parametrov in izračun skupne učinkovitosti. Na podlagi analize rezultatov izračuna in zbranih podatkov o zastojih med spremljanjem proizvodnje, smo predlagali ukrepe za izboljšanje učinkovitosti delovanja in izrabe delovnega sredstva.

Secondary abstract:	With optimum utilization of working equipment expensive initial investments for equipment may be rendered into meaningful investments bringing profits and that is the reason why every single company shall devote most of its attention to this particular aspect of a business process if it intends to be competitive. The present diploma thesis is also devoted to the above-mentioned problem. A brief introduction, which defines the problems, the purpose and the objectives of this diploma thesis, is followed by addressing the method of total productive maintenance. Particular emphasis is stressed on measurement, calculation and introduction of systemic solutions for the purposes of increasing the overall equipment effectiveness, which is the main theme of our diploma thesis. This is followed by presentation of the printing machinery marked MPS EP – 410/8, on which the measurement of parameters and the calculation of the overall equipment effectiveness were carried out. Based on the analysis of results of the calculation and the data gathered on stoppages during monitoring the production, we have suggested measures for improving the operating efficiency and utilization of the working asset.
