Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali komunikacijo, natančneje interno komunikacijo v podjetju X. Osnovna namena diplomskega dela sta bila opredelitev teoretičnih pojmov komuniciranja in predstavitev interne komunikacije v podjetju. Odnosi so prijazni, strokovni in razumevajoči. Zaposleni gojijo veliko pripadnost podjetju. Če so druženja neformalne narave, so ljudje bolj sproščeni, lažje vzpostavljajo osebne stike in poznanstva.

Secondary title: INTERNAL. COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY X
Secondary abstract: In our diploma we researched communication, to be precise, internal communication in company X. The basic aim of this diploma was to define the theoretical concepts of communication and present internal communication in the company. Diploma has been divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. in theoretical part we describe the process of communication, ways of communication, disorders in communication and conflict resolutions, management and motivation more precisely. In practical part we present findings and results of the survey, which we made in company X, on theme of internal communication. For good business communication it is important to agree and recognize that we all are different. All people are different. The way how we think today is the result of our experiences and knowledge in the past, so that means we understand thing differently. But most of all, we are all right. In our survey we used 17 questions. We found out the co-workers go along very well. The relationships are kind, professional and understanding. They trust their management, they think the management appreciates them but it senses a little bit of doubt. The motivational factors the company is using are not satisfying employees and their needs. For every day communication they mostly use telephone and e-mail. These two communication tools are the most frequently used in modern times. But the employees want more personal contacts, like for example meetings. When meetings are informal, people are more relaxed and make new contacts easier. All of that can positively affect the internal communication. The employees think they should be more informed about company situation. They want more information about company innovations, changes and decisions. That doesn't surprise use, because we are in the time of financial crisis and everyone is worried about their future.
