Abstract

Mobing na delovnem mestu je na žalost tudi v Sloveniji ena od zelo aktualnih tem. Le kdo se še ni vsaj enkrat v svojem poslovnem življenju srečal s psihičnim nasiljem na delovnem mestu. Za raziskavo te teme sem se odločila predvsem na podlagi lastnih izkušenj, kajti opažam, da se je v času recesije trpinčenje na delovnem mestu povečalo. Večina od nas se pri delu srečuje z neprijetnostmi: z nerealnimi roki in pričakovanji, težavnimi in zahtevnimi nadrejenimi, zahtevnimi strankami, zahrbtnostjo, sebičnimi sodelavci,slabimi delovnimi razmerami, odpuščanji, itd. Zdi se, da nikomur ni prizaneseno s težavami na delovnem mestu. V diplomski nalogi bom v teoretičnem delu predstavila pojem mobing ter navedla vzroke za nastanek, ki so predvsem slaba organizacija dela, slabo vodenje ljudi in nejasne pristojnosti. Opozorila bom na posledice za žrtve, za sodelavce in za organizacijo. Da pa ne bi ostali le pri teoriji, bom v drugem delu diplomske naloge predstavila in opisala rezultate, ki sem jih dobila na podlagi raziskovalne ankete, ki sem jo opravila v podjetju X d.o.o. Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti kakšna je stopnja mobinga v podjetju X d.o.o., ter predlagati možne izboljšave stanja.

Secondary abstract: Mobbing at workplace is unfortunately one of the very popular topics in Slovenia. Who among us has not at least once during their bussiness life came across psychological violence at workplace. I have decided to study this issue in particular based on my own experiences, because I have noticed that in times of recession harassment at the workplace has increased. Most of us are facing many inconveniences at work: the unrealistic deadlines and expectations, difficult and demanding superiors, demanding customers, selfish co-workers, poor working conditions, layoffs, etc.. It seems that no one is spared from having problems at workplace. In the theoretical part of this thesis I presented the concept of mobbing and stated causes of its formation, which are primarily poor work organization, poor management of people and unclear responsibilities. I also noted the consequences for victims, the staff and the organization. However, not to remain only in the theory, I have in the second part of the thesis presented and described the results that I got based on research survey carried out in Company X Ltd. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the level of mobbing in the Company X Ltd and suggest possible improvements.
