Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazan postopek analize porušitve vijaka z uporabo normalizacijske metode po ASTM E1820-1 in s SINTAP postopkom. Postopek določitve lomne žilavosti materiala na podlagi laboratorijskega eksperimenta in ocena sprejemljivosti konstrukcije, sta izvedena z preglednicami v programskem paketu Excel, zaradi česar ju je možno prilagoditi tudi za druge primere. Za obravnavan vijak je analiza pokazala skladnost momenta privijanja s predpisanim in podala vzroke za porušitev konstrukcijskega elementa ter ukrepe za preprečitev ponovne porušitve.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis a method for analysis of cracked bolts was made, using the normalization method according to ASTM E1820-1 and SINTAP procedure. A spreadsheet for the determination of fracture toughness and failure assessment was made, using the Microsoft Excel software package, which gives users the possibility to analyze other specimens, with different input parameters. The analysis of the failed bolt, showed us, that the bolt, was mounted using the correct tightening force. Other reasons for the bolt failure are shown, and actions for preventing further failures were determinated.
