Abstract

Z odpiranjem trga z električno energijo so se razvili novi elementi v sklopu trgovanja z električno energijo, med drugim tudi funkcija izvajanja obračuna odstopanj odjema in oddaje električne energije od napovedanega tržnega plana. V nalogi smo predstavili obračun odstopanj dejanskega odjema in oddaje od napovedanih tržnih planov, možnosti izravnave odstopanj ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na velikost odstopanj in možnost njihovega zmanjšanja. Prav tako so opisane aktivnosti, ki se jih opravlja v tem sklopu ter rezultati in izkušnje zbrane na podlagi nudenja sistemskih storitev in izravnavanja odstopanj. Predlagane so nekatere spremembe in opisane vizije razvoja področja v katerega se uvršča.

Secondary abstract:	With opening electricity market new elements in connection with electricity trading have emerged. That is also, amongst others, the function of deviations of demand and supply of electricity from announced market schedule. In this task we presented the settlement of deviations of actual demand and supply from announced market schedules, possibility of balancing deviations and factors that have influence on size of deviations with possibility of their reduction. There is also a description of activities that are performed in this complex and results with experiences gained on the ground of offering ancillary services and balancing of deviations. We suggested some changes and described visions on the field of area in which it is placed.
