Vpliv turizma na okolje in pravna zaščita

Abstract

Turizem se kot gospodarska dejavnost odvija v nekem okolju oziroma prostoru, torej sta pojma vedno nerazdružljivo povezana. Povezanost ima za posledico vplive turizma na okolje in obratno. Medtem ko okolje vpliva na turizem zlasti kot eden izmed dejavnikov razvoja, pomeni vpliv turizma na okolje zlasti njegovo obremenjevanje, spreminjanje ter prilagajanje za svoje potrebe. Da bi se preprečili pretirani posegi v naravno okolje, je potrebno v turizmu dosledno upoštevati pravne predpise, začenši z ustavo, nato splošne zakonske akte ter področne in druge predpise. Nekatere temeljne predpise, ki ščitijo različne dele narave, lahko interpretiramo in uporabimo za potrebe pravne zaščite okolja pred vplivi turizma, in sicer tako mednarodne kot državne, poleg teh pa so bili sprejeti številni področni predpisi. Delo prikazuje odnos turizma in okolja ter izpostavlja nekatera zaščitena področja in podaja vidik avtorice o dotičnem odnosu v obdobju zavedanja pomembnosti preprečevanja škodljivih posegov v okolje ter konkretnih poskusov zaščite.

Secondary abstract:	As business activity tourism takes place in an environment or area, therefore are the two matters tightly linked. Environment influences tourism mainly as one of the causes for its development. On the other side tourism’s influence on environment mostly means burdening, changing and adapting the environment for its needs. To prevent excessive intervention in natural environment there is a must to respect the law – constitution, general legal acts and other acts. Some general rules protecting different spheres of environment can be interpreted in the sense of protection of the environment from tourism’s influences, accordingly there are more specific legal acts regulating the matter. The thesis “Tourism’s Influences on Environment and Legal Protection” explains the relation between tourism and environment. It exposes some protected areas and shows the author’s aspect about the matter in a period of awareness of the fact how important it is to prevent harmful intervention in environment and to take concrete attempts to protect it.
