Abstract

Živimo v obdobju, ki ga obeležuje znanje. Znanje postaja osnovni konkurenčni vir, tako za posameznika kot za družbo, zato vse večji pomen v podjetjih predstavlja indentificiranje znanja, pridobivanje znanja, prenos znanja in uporaba ter varovanje znanja, oziroma menedžment znanja. Diplomsko delo prikazuje, kakšno je dejansko stanje in kakšno je želeno stanje uporabe menedžmenta znanja in zavedanja se pomembnosti znanja v izbranih malih, srednjih in velikih slovenskih podjetjih. Pri raziskavi smo za obdelavo podatkov uporabili programa kSCAN® in statistični program SPSS. Pri tem smo ugotovili, da se večina podjetij zaveda, kako pomembno je znanje in uporaba menedžmenta znanja za njihovo uspešno delovanje in obstoj na trgu, venar pa želene ocene podjetij kažejo na to, da si podjetja želijo uporabo menedžmenta znanja še izboljšati in izpopolniti.

Secondary title: Knowledge as a basic for value analysis in the development of innovative products
Secondary abstract: We live in a period marked by knowledge. Knowledge is becoming one of the basic competitive source, both for individuals and for society. For companies is very important that they know how to idnetify, broadcast, how to transfer and use knowledge, and how to protect knowledge. Our research work presents the current conditions and the desired state of knowledge management and also awareness of the importance of knowledge in selected small, medium and large Slovenian companies. For data processing we used program kSCAN and the statistical program SPSS. We found out, that most of companies are awared, how important is knowledge and knowledge mamagement for their successful operating and existence on the market, but they also want to improve and refine use of knowledge management.
