Abstract
Diplomsko delo govori o reševanju problema nesinhronosti gibanja čeljusti in varovanju vpetja hidravličnih valjev, ki odpirata in zapirata čeljusti. Problem se pojavlja na t.i. natezno ravnalnem stroju ob uporabljanju čeljusti za vpenjanje profilov in med uporabo stroja med ravnanjem. Nesinhrono gibanje čeljusti je posledica trenj in postavitve čeljusti. Varovanje vpetja pa je potrebno zaradi pretrgov profilov med ravnanjem. Pri tem namreč nastane tlačni udar, ki posredno uniči vpenjalni del valja. Problem se rešuje eksperimentalno, na hidravličnem delu stroja z dograditvijo hidravličnih komponent, ki bodo preprečevale uničenje ušes vpetja valja. Podobno velja za problem nesinhronega gibanja čeljusti, ki se enako reši z vgradnjo komponent, ki omogočajo sinhrono gibanje. Uspešnost rešitve se bo pokazala čez čas, saj je potrebno pred tem znižati maksimalni obratovalni tlak zapiranja čeljusti. Ta pripomore k manjšim tlačnim konicam in zagotovi dobro delovanje varnostnega ventila.

Secondary abstract: |
The diploma work is about solving the problem of unsynchronised jaws movement and protection of a clamping ear of hydraulic cylinders that open and close the jaws. The problem occurs on the so-called tensile-straightening machine in application of the jaws to clamp the profiles and the use of the machine during straightening. Synchronous movement of the jaws is the result of tensions and placement of the jaws. The protection of the clamping ear is necessary because of the snapping of profiles. That results in stroke pressure, which indirectly destroys the ear clamping of the cylinder. The problem is resolved experimentally, on the hydraulic part of a machine with upgrade of the hydraulic components that will prevent the destruction of the ear clamping of the cylinder. The same goes for the problem with unsynchronised movement of the jaws. Problem is resolved with the installation of components that allow synchronised movement. Performance of the solutions will be demonstrated over time. Before that it is necessary to lower maximum operating pressure that closes jaws. This helps to lower peak pressure and to ensure proper operation of safety valve. |
