Analiza oskrbe komprimiranega zraka za potrebe proizvodnje

Abstract

Pri hkratnem testiranju strojev v podjetju in ob delovanju laserja,ki je nov proizvodnji del podjetja se je pojavila problematika, da ena kompresorska postaja ni zadostovala za oba dela. Prišlo je do pomanjkanja zraka na enem ali drugem delu proizvodnje. Zaradi tega smo se v podjetju odločili, da se kupi še ena kompresorska postaja za pripravo stisnjenega zraka. To pa zato, da bi zagotovili zadosten pretok in kvaliteto zraka. Potrebno je bilo dimenzionirati kompresorsko postajo. S postavitvijo novih komponent kompresorske postaje in premestitvijo obstoječe na drugo lokacijo smo izpolnili vse zastavljene cilje in rešili problematiko.

Secondary abstract:	For the simultaneous testing of maschines in the company and the operation of the laser, a new production of the company, there was a problem that one compressor station is not enough for both parts. There was a lack of air at one end, as in another. Because of that we decide to buy a another station for the preparation of compressed air. To ensure sufficient flow and air quality. It was nedded to dimensioned a new compressor station.. With the installation of new components for compressor station and relocation of the existing compressor station to another, we fulfill all the objectives and solve the ploblem.
