Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena pogonski sistem kosilnice in predvsem optimizacija pogonskega sistema gonila. S pomočjo zasnove gonila in grobega modela gonila z vsemi elementi smo se lotili samega preračuna pogonskega sklopa. Pri preračunu gonila smo si pomagali s programskim paketom KISSsoft, s katerim smo preračunali stožčaste zobnike, gredi, ležaje in tudi gredno zvezo med gredjo in zobniki. Glede na pridobljene rezultate preračuna smo nato dokončno zmodelirali sestavne elemente gonila in izdelali tehnično dokumentacijo s pomočjo programskega paketa SolidWorks.

Secondary abstract: A diploma shows an introduction of driving system of lawn mower and above all optimization of driving system of the drive. With the help of the drive design and with the all elements we started the calculation of the driving system. By analysis of the drive we used the software package Kisssoft, with which we calculated the bevel gears, shafts and connection between shafts and gears. Considering gained results by calculation we then make the final model of the component elements of the drive and then made technically documentation with the help of program package Solidworks.
