Abstract

Toplotna izolacija ovoja objekta je eden od najcenejših in hkrati najučinkovitejših potencialov za zmanjšanje porabe energije in s tem tudi za zmanjšano onesnaževanje. Toplotno izolirane stavbe namreč za svoje ogrevanje ali ohlajevanje porabijo bistveno manj energije kot neizolirane. Primerno izoliran objekt poleg varčevanja z energijo in skrbjo za okolje nudijo njihovim uporabnikom zelo ugodne bivalne pogoje, saj poleti kot pozimi z minimalno regulacijo lažje dosegamo ugodno mikroklimo. V diplomski nalogi sem izbrala starejšo hišo, katere največji problem so velike energijske izgube, ter neugodna mikroklima objekta. Na primeru hiše so prikazani izračuni porabe energije pred sanacijo, in izračuni, ki bi jih lahko dosegli s sanacijo ovoja stavbe.

Secondary title: Energy efficient renovation of residental building
Secondary abstract: Thermal insulation, as the outer shell of a building, is very affordable and at the same time one of the moast efficient potentials for energy conservation in order to reduce environmental pollution. Thermaly insulated buildings indeed require much less energy for heating / cooling as the ones without. Propperly insulated buildings provide, besides saving energy and environmental care, very comfortable human conditions to its occupants, acheeved with beneficial microclimate in summer as in winter time by minimal adjustment. In my diploma thesis I chose an older house, where a large ammount of energy loss is the biggest problem, as well is the unfavorable microclimate. On the house example, the calculations of energy consumption before an after the energy efficient renovation are shown.
