Upravljanje z materialom v oblačilni industriji

Abstract

Diplomsko delo se ukvarja s problematiko upravljanja z materialom v podjetju Elkroj d.d. Ker zavzema upravljanje z materialom v oblačilni industriji pomembno vlogo, saj predstavlja material okoli 40 % vseh stroškov, je bila izvedena analiza upravljanja z materialom za celoten proces izdelave oblačil. Za ta namen so bile proučene aktivnosti na področju ravnanja z materialom pri pripravi proizvodnje, skladiščenju in posameznih procesov izdelave oblačil. Na podlagi izvedene analize, so bile opredeljene pomembnejše pomanjkljivosti na področju vseh tistih aktivnosti, ki vplivajo neposredno ali posredno na gospodarno ravnanje z materialom. Za opredeljene pomanjkljivosti so bili na podlagi poznavanja racionalnega ravnanja z materialom, podani predlogi za odpravo posameznih pomanjkljivosti. Rezultati analize obstoječega stanja upravljanja z materialom so pokazali, da je za uspešno rešitev problematike potrebno uvesti spremembe na organizacijskem in tehnološkem področju, kjer med pomembnejše aktivnosti sodi potreba po uvedbi vhodne kontrole, dopolnilnem izobraževanju zaposlenih, s poudarkom na upravljanju z materialom in samokontroli ter vzpostavitvi ustrezne organizacije na področju tehnološke dokumentacije in odgovornosti. Prihodnost ima torej podjetje, ki lahko ponudi inovativne, visoko kakovostne in cenovno ugodne izdelke. To je podjetje, ki se vseskozi ukvarja s vprašanjem predelave materiala, s čim manjšo možno porabo in stroški materiala.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with the problem of material management in the company d.d. Elkroj The management takes the material in the clothing industry an important role as a material about 40% of all costs, an analysis was made of materials management for the entire process of garment manufacturing. For this purpose, activities were examined in the field of management in the preparation of material production, storage, and each garment manufacturing processes. Based on the analysis conducted identified significant shortcomings in all those activities which directly or indirectly affect the efficient handling of materials. The deficiencies have been identified based on knowledge of the rational management of material presented proposals to address specific deficiencies. Results of analysis of the status quo management of materials have shown that the successful resolution of issues necessary to make changes to the organizational and technological fields, where one of the most important actions need to introduce entry controls the supplementary education of employees with emphasis on the management of materials and the self and the establishment of appropriate organizations in the field of technological documentation and accountability. The future is an enterprise that can offer innovative, high quality and affordable products. This is a company that is constantly dealing with issues of material processing with the least possible consumption and cost of materials.
