Abstract

Diplomsko delo posega na področje vzdrževanja hidravlične pogonske tehnike, rekonstrukcijo dvižne naprave in zamenjava pogonskega sistema. Reševanje problema se navezuje na rekonstrukcijo pogona elevatorja centrirne naprave, katera služi za izdelavo vpenjalnih izvrtin za stružnico. Pogon je izveden s hidromotorjem, preko zobnikov in zobatih letev. Zaradi visokih obremenitev in vplivov nečistoč, je pogon podvržen veliki obrabi in posledično nenatančnosti. Problem nenatančnosti predstavlja velik problem, saj nam ekscentričnost pri vpenjanju obdelovanca velikih izmer predstavlja preobremenitev ležajev, preveliko obrabo orodja in višek odpadnega materiala. Diplomsko delo se nanaša na izvedbo pogona z dvema hidravličnima valjema, katerih sinhronizacija je izvedena z rotacijskim delilnikom toka. Določili smo vse potrebne komponente, katere smo tudi opisali in podali potrebne smernice za vgradnjo le-teh. Izvedba sistema je namenjena za potrebe podjetja Impol.

Secondary title: Reconstruction of elevator drive on centering machine
Secondary abstract: The area of maintenance of hydraulics' drive techniques, reconstruction of lifting device and exchange of the drive system are presented in diploma work. Solution of the problem is related to the reconstruction of the elevator drive of the aligning device, which is used to produce intertwining boreholes for lathe. The drive is executed with a hydro motor, gearbox and rack. Due to high load and effects of impurity the drive is prone to high wearing out and loss of precision. Imprecision represents an important problem, because the eccentricity of the product we work on, especially with big dimensions, causes a huge wearing out of bearings, too big wearing out of tools and the surplus of waste material. Application of a drive with two hydraulics' cylinders, whose synchronization is executed with a rotation current divider. All the necessary components, which have been described and we have also added the necessary guidelines for building them are presented in the diploma work. The system execution is intended for the realization within the company Impol.
