Abstract
Glede na zahteve trga po kratkem času, ki poteče od povpraševanja, pa do tekoče — nemotene serijske proizvodnje, mora biti prehod iz faze razvoja, testiranj na redno serijo čim krajši in s čim manj zapleti. V ta namen je bil razvit model faznega prevzema novih izdelkov v serijsko proizvodnjo.
Projekt vzpostavitve omenjenega modela je v projektni bazi zaveden kot organizacijski projekt, kar pomeni, da projekt ne daje direktnih prihrankov, se pa zavedamo, da s pomočjo omenjenega modela lahko prihranimo marsikatero uro, popravilo orodja, zmanjšamo izmet ob serijskem zagonu, znižamo motnje proizvodnje, ter tako doprinesemo tudi k zniževanju stroškov precej več, kot bi sicer pričakovali. Ravno tako zmanjšamo možnost zapletov v serijski proizvodnji, ter tako povečamo zadovoljstvo odjemalcev, kar pa je naš glavni cilj, saj le tako lahko pričakujemo nadaljnjo rast organizacije.

Secondary abstract: |
Considering market`s requirements for shortening the time between RFQ and the start of the serial production, the crossing from development phase, testing phases into the serial production has to be as short as possible and without complications. For this purpose, the new tooling for phase implementation of the new products in the serial production was developed.
Mentioned project is captured in the Kolektor`s internal project data base as an organization project, which means that there is no direct economical saving, but we are aware that this could help us to save eventual additional work, tooling changes, reduce scrap at start and at the first lots of serial production, reduce the production deadlocks and in this way to achieve the higher saving as we would expect in the past. With this method we also reduce the possibility of the deadlock in the serial production and this is one of the ways to make our customers satisfied-their satisfaction is the only way for the future growth of our organization. |
