Abstract

Bivalne enote so namenjene za delo in bivanje ljudi na gradbiščih ter začasnim potrebam po skladiščenju, pisarnam in sanitarijam. Notranjost preoblikujemo s pomočjo pregradnih sten, medtem ko segmenti tvorijo oblogo stranskih sten in strehe bivalne enote. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen sedanji način lepljenja, ki temelji na ročnem principu. Z uvedbo nove tehnologije je prikazan posodobljen postopek lepljenja, ki zagotavlja zmanjšanje časov pri izdelavi pregradnih sten in segmentov. Na podlagi ekonomske analize so prikazani stroški sedanjega in posodobljenega postopka lepljenja. Izračun praga pokritja kaže na to, da je investicija upravičljiva za podjetje Arcont d.d in zagotavlja zmanjšanje stroškov pri izdelavi pregradnih sten in segmentov.

Secondary abstract: ABSTRACT Housing units are used for living and working on building sites and as temporary storage, office or sanitary units. The interior of housing units can be redesigned with partition walls, while segments are used for covering side walls and roofs of housing units. The thesis of the diploma is based on presenting the modernized procedure of sticking, upgraded from the manual procedure. New technology demonstrates that the modernized procedure of sticking assures reduction of production time of partition wall and segments. The exspenses of current and modernized procedure of sticking that are presented are based on an economic analysis. The calculations show that this is a good investment for Arcont d.d company and that it guarantees expense reduction for production of partition wall and segments.
