Informacijska podpora nabave v Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Abstract

Podjetja, ki se zavedajo, kako pomemben je vpliv nabavne funkcije na poslovanje celotnega podjetja lahko z uporabo ERP - rešitev dosežejo nižje stroške poslovanja, obenem pa jim le te omogočajo učinkovito upravljanje celotne organizacije. Nabava zajema vse dejavnosti, za katere podjetje prejme račun od zunanjega dobavitelja, stroški nabave materiala in storitev pa predstavljajo najvišji delež celotnih stroškov, zato je pomembno obvladovati te stroške. Strategije nabave so vnaprej določene poti k doseganju ciljev. Ločimo tri vrste strategij, te so: strategije iskanja dobaviteljev, strategije nabave glede na življenjski cikel izdelka ter strategije glede časa nabave. Strategije glede časa nabave predstavljajo metode naročanja zalog. ERP - rešitev Microsoft Dynamics NAV omogoča celovito podporo nabavnemu procesu, hkrati pa omogoča izvajanje najpogostejših metod naročanja zalog. Z uporabo ERP - rešitev podjetje dobi podroben vpogled v poslovanje podjetja, saj so na enem mestu zbrani vsi bistveni podatki o poslovanju organizacije.

Secondary abstract:	Companies that are aware of how important the impact of purchase is on whole company use ERP - solutions to achieve lower operating costs. ERP - solutions allow companies effective management of the entire organization. Purchase includes all of the activities for which company receives invoice from external supplier. Costs of procuring materials and services represent the highest proportion of overall costs, therefore it is important to manage these costs. Purchasing strategies are predefined paths to achieve goals. There are three types of purchasing strategies: strategies of searching suppliers, strategies in relation to product life cycle and strategies in relation to time of purchase. Strategies in relation to time of purchase represent methods of ordering supplies. Microsoft Dynamics NAV fully supports purchasing process, and enables support to most common methods of ordering supplies. With implementation of ERP - system organization gets a detailed look inside business, because all of the essential information is gathered in one place.
