Abstract

Namen diplomskega seminarja je prikazati teoretični in praktični del analize nabavnega procesa. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo prikazali kaj menijo o nabavi domači in tuji avtorji, ki so strokovnjaki na tem področju. V tem istem delu je prikazana tudi vloga nabave v podjetju in je opisan proces nabave po fazah. Ugotovili smo, da si faze sledijo po določenem vrstnem redu in da so odvisne ena od druge. Ugotovili smo tudi, da nabava ne posluje sama, temveč, da v svoje poslovanje vključuje tudi elemente trženja, kar pomeni, da opravlja različne raziskave trga, išče nove dobavitelje, nove vrste materiala ter da aktivno sodeluje tudi z drugimi funkcijami v podjetju. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja, smo prikazali analizo nabavnega procesa v podjetju Nafta Strojna d.o.o. Pri tem so nam pomagali zaposleni v tem sektorju in pa tudi interni podatki. Ugotovili smo, da so dobavitelji v podjetju zelo pomembni, zato morajo biti tudi skrbno izbrani. Da bi nabavno poslovanje bilo uspešno, morajo biti jasno opredeljeni cilji, politika in strategija podjetja. Za podjetje je pomembno da ima dobro organizirano nabavno službo, ker uspešnost nabave vpliva na uspešno poslovanje ostalih funkcij v podjetju.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of my thesis is to present the theoetical and practical part of the purchase process analysis. The theoretical part of the present thesis shows the opinion of domestic and foreign experts from this field. We found out that the phases follow a particular order and depend one on the other. The process of purchase is not an independent process because it also includes elements of marketing. This means that it performs different market researches for new suppliers, new types of materials, and that it actively cooperates with other departments in the undertaking. In the practical part of the thesis we have shown the analysis of the purchase process in the undertaking Nafta Strojna d.o.o. In this part we were helped by the employees of the company and the internal data. We discovered that the suppliers play a very important role in an undertaking and have to be selected carefully. If we want the purchase process to be successful, the goals, politics and the strategy of the undertaking have to be clearly defined. For the success of an undertaking a well organised purchase department is very important because the success of the purchase process plays a very important role for the functioning of other departments in the undertaking.
