Obdelava podnapisov v digitalnem videu

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo razvili aplikacijo za manipulacijo video vsebin, ki omogoča predvajanje video datotek (multimedijski predvajalnik), dodajanje podnapisov ter s pomočjo osnovnih algoritmov tudi odstranjevanje vgrajenih podnapisov iz digitalnega videa. Uporabnik interaktivno določi parametre odstranjevanja, program pa nato zaznane piksle obnovi s pomočjo pikslov iz okolice ter v ločeno datoteko shrani časovne intervale, v katerih zazna podnapise. Ključna elementa diplomske naloge sta bila pregled najosnovnejših postopkov za zaznavo ter odstranjevanje podnapisov in na le-teh temelječa implementacija preprostega orodja z opisano funkcionalnostjo.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma work we developed application for manipulation of video content, which enables playing video files (multimedia player), inserting captions and also removing the hardcoded captions from digital video with the help of basic algorithms. Here the user interactively selects parameters of removing. The program then retouches detected pixels with help of surrounding pixels. After this, it saves the timestamps of detected captions into a seperate file. The key elements were the survey of the basic algorithm for detection and removing captions and, on this basis, implementation of the software tool with the described functionalities.
