Abstract

Vrednotenje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti prodaje v podjetju je temeljnega pomena za dobro poslovanje podjetja. Uspešnost podjetja ni odvisna samo od dobička, upoštevati moramo tudi image, zaupanje, zanesljivost in točnost. Uspešnost prodaje je odvisna od inkorporiranja potreb in želja odjemalcev v prodajni proces. Uspešnost je merilo doseganja ciljev z upoštevanjem vložkov. Učinkovitost pa je merilo doseganja ciljev ne glede na vložke ( napori, stroški, sredstva). Pri vrednotenju uspešnosti in učinkovitosti prodaje v podjetju Moto-nautika sem analizirala uspešnost prodaje za obdobje štirih let. Po dobljenih podatkih iz analiz sem ugotovila, da podjetje posluje učinkovito in uspešno, vendar je treba posvečati večjo pozornost nižanju prodajnih stroškov, iskati izboljšave, možnosti za napredek in razvoj, potrebno je biti v koraku s časom. Tako bomo zagotovili še naprej uspešno in učinkovito poslovanje prodajne funkcije.

Secondary abstract: The evaluation of the selling performance and effectiveness in an enterprise is of fundamental importance for a sound business management. The performance of an enterprise does not depend exclusively upon the profit. Image, confidence, reliability and accuracy must also be taken into consideration. The performance depends on incorporating the needs and desires of the consumers into the selling process. The performance is a criterion of achieving goals by considering the investments; meanwhile the effectiveness is a criterion of achieving goals by not considering the investments (effort, costs, and assets). In the evaluation of the selling performance and effectiveness in Moto-nautika, I analyzed the selling performance for a period of four years. According to the gathered information from the analyses I discovered that the enterprise carries on business effectively and successful. However, increased attention should be paid to lowering the selling costs, seeking for improvements and possibilities to make progress and develop; the enterprise should keep pace with the times. This way, we will continually provide a successful and effective sales business of the sale.
