Abstract

Pri vseh primerih nastanka prometnih nesreč so prisotni trije dejavniki in sicer voznik, vozilo in okolje, od katerih ima največji vpliv voznik, vozilo je v tem primeru objekt upravljanja, okolje pa je vozniku vir informacij za definiranje stanja. Pridobivanje in analiziranje podatkov o mestu zgostitev prometnih nesreč je najpomembnejše opravilo pri ugotavljanju vzrokov nastanka prometnih nesreč. Le s točno ugotovitvijo vzrokov nastanka prometnih nesreč, lahko te vzroke uspešno eliminiramo. Pri odpravljanju vzrokov nastanka prometnih nesreč lahko obstaja eden ali več ukrepov za izboljšanje in eliminacijo konfliktnih mest. Vsak pomeni določeno stopnjo izboljšave, sledijo pa si od manj do bolj učinkovitih.

Secondary abstract: There are three factorsat each traffic accident: driver, vehicle and environment. The most influence has driver, vehicle is an object of control and anvironment is the driver`s information source to define state. Collecting and analyzing data of areas where traffic accidents are more frequently is the most important task to define causes of accidents. Only exact knowledge of causes of the traffic accidents us to eliminate these causes. To eliminate causes of traffic accident different measures are in use because they depend of each area of more frequently traffic accidents. Each such place has its typical properties. In most cases we have long – term and short – term measures.
