Delitev vlog in odgovornosti pri uvajanju ERP rešitev v poslovno okolje

Abstract

Podjetju predstavlja eno izmed pomembnejših strateških odločitev v svojem delovanju, prenova in informatizacija poslovanja. V zadnjem času se podjetja za prenovo in informatizacijo poslovanja množično poslužujejo uvajanja celovitih informacijskih rešitev (rešitev ERP). Projekt uvedbe rešitve ERP je izredno kompleksen zaradi svojega obsega, saj zajema vsa področja poslovanja podjetja. Da bi podjetjem olajšali projekt uvedbe, so ponudniki rešitev ERP razvili standardizirane metodologije uvajanja, kot sta metodologiji »Sure Step« podjetja, Microsoft in »ASAP«, podjetja SAP AG. Standardizirane metodologije uvajanja vključujejo vnaprej določene smernice, orodja in predloge ter temeljijo na najboljših poslovnih praksah, kar zagotavlja več možnosti za uspešno izvedeno uvedbo. Pravtako, je za uspešno uvedbo izrednega pomena čim bolj natančna določitev vlog in odgovornosti v projektni strukturi na strani izvajalca kot na strani kupca, ki med seboj neprestano komunicirajo, usklajujejo cilje, namene ter vrednostne in terminske okvire. Metodologiji »Sure Step« in »ASAP« imata vloge in odgovornosti udeležencev v projektu uvedbe že vnaprej določene.

Secondary abstract:	Reformation and computerization are two of the most important strategic decisions in the operation of business. These days companies in order to reform and computerize the business make use of integrated IT solutions (ERP). Introduction of the ERP project solutions is extremely complex, because of its size, as it covers all areas of the company. Therefore, the ERP solution providers in order to facilitate the project of implemetation to companies, developed a standardized implemetation methodologies as the Microsoft's »Sure Step« and SAP AG's »ASAP«. Standardized methodologies used for implementation include predefined guidelines, tools and templates, based on best business practices, thus creating more opportunities for successful implementation. For successful implementation it is also of the utmost importance to precisly define the roles and responsibilities within the project structure. This is important for the executer and for the buyer as they constantly communicate with each other, coordinate the objectives, purposes and also securities and time frames. The project of implementation, methodologies »Sure Step« and »ASAP« have a priori defined roles and responsibilities of participants.
