Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja projekt izgradnje vetrne elektrarne ter podaja vse potrebne korake: od investitorja, ki je v projekt pripravljen vložiti denarna sredstva, do obratovanja vetrne elektrarne. Začetna poglavja diplomskega dela podajajo zgodovino, sestavo, ekonomsko upravičenost vetrnih elektrarn ter krajšo analizo že izvedenih projektov vetrnih farm. Ta poglavja služijo za smernice kasneje realiziranemu projektu izgradnje vetrne elektrarne (VE). V vsebinskem delu projekta so definirani tehnični izračun moči, izbira primerne tehnologije oz. vetrnice za slovenske razmere ter trenutno stanje na področju obnovljivih virov energije v Sloveniji in Evropi. Predstavljeni so prostorski ter zakonski pogoji za postavitev VE. V zadnjem delu so predstavljeni namenski ter objektni cilji projekta, plan kontrole, taktika izvedbe, analiza rizikov ter ekonomika projekta, ki daje projektu potencialno uresničitev ali opustitev.

Secondary title: A wind power plant construction project
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents a project of constructing a wind power plant and provides all the necessary steps; from the investor, who is prepared to fund the project, to the fully operating wind power plant. The opening chapters of the thesis provide us with history, structure, economic viability of wind power plants and a brief analysis of the existing projects. They serve as guidelines for the later realized wind power plant construction project. In the main part the technical calculations of power, the selection of optimal technology for the Slovenian wind conditions, and the current state of renewable energy sources in Slovenia and Europe are defined. Furthermore, spatial and legal requirements for the installation of wind power plants are given. The final section presents assigned and object goals of the project, control plan, execution strategy, risk analysis, and project economics. The latter gives the investor a vital information about the project profitability.
