Abstract

V diplomski nalogi opisujemo eksperimentalno načrtovanje optimizacije kristalizacije farmacevtske učinkovine s Taguchijevo optimizacijsko metodo, ki jo že izvajajo v industrijskem merilu. Glede na kriterije optimiranja, ki so minimiziranje časa kristalizacije ob maksimiranju izkoristka in izboljšanju selektivnosti med produktom in nečistočami smo predpostavili, da na kristalizacijo vplivajo trije parametri in sicer hitrost ohlajanja, vrtilna frekvenca mešala in količina dodanih topil. Parametre kristalizacije smo proučevali na treh nivojih, njihov vpliv pa določali z analizo eksperimentalno dobljenih vrednosti optimizacijskih parametrov pri različnih pogojih eksperimenta s statistično metodo ANOVA.

Secondary title: Optimization of a process of crystalization of a pharmaceutical substance
Secondary abstract: An optimization of crystallization of a pharmaceutical substance, which is already produced in the industry, is described in this work. The purpose of the study, was to determine the influence of different process parameters on product quality, their optimal values and the end of crystallization, for what we used Taguchi optimization method. We assumed that the crystallizaton is most affected by three parameters, which are the cooling rate, stirrer speed and the amount of added solvent. Crystallization parameters were studied at three levels and analized with the statistical method ANOVA.
