Secondary title: | Compulsory settlement of financial restructuring |
Secondary abstract: | If a company runs into deep financial crisis and becomes short and long term insolvent (illiquid, with inadequate capital), it has two choices: bankruptcy or compulsory composition. Bankruptcy means complete cessation of the company, but compulsory composition enables the company to survive through strict financial restructuring designed to reorganize and consequently revive the business. |
