delo diplomskega seminarja
Abstract
Zaradi poenostavljanja poslovanja, skrajševanja obdelav, zmanjševanja potrebnih kapacitet (časa, ljudi…) bomo poskušali obdelati organizacijo in vključiti ERP postopke, potrebne za zbiranje, obdelavo in poročila poslovanja ŠS.

Computerisation of business process management in student services with a comprehensive informational solution |
Secondary abstract: |
Information systems vary from each other a lot, it depends which Applications areas of business they support and to whom they are intended. Complexity of information systems depends from the expense of a company; small companies with few employees can not be compared with big corporations with several thousand employees. Firms have the option of self-development of an information system with the help of good and qualifying programmers, information technology and professional technical staff which have the knowledge of all the business process. In small and medium-sized enterprises, for solving financial solutions, they usually decide for less expensive ERP, which are mostly standard. Because of the request on simplifying the procedures and reducing the capacity (time, people…) we will try to treat the organization and incorporate the ERP procedures needed for collecting and processing the work for student services. In the last period student service centers in Slovenia became real agencies for finding employment for students, who do not have enough means for studying and living in the time of their education. A lot of companies find temporary work force with the help of student services. First we will take a look at the one’s principles of business, legal and illegal required documents and rules, how the payment systems operates and the information flow between buyers and student services and between students and students services. Solutions of ERP do not satisfy the specificity on monitoring student services and therefore the right application is required, which is of course connected with the ERP solutions on the register and the book of issued and received incomes for VAT purposes. Computerization brings competitive advantage in the fields such as higher quality and faster decision making, reduces costs, increases revenues, improves the relationships with customers, and improves the communication and the relationship with the company. These areas are essential for a successful operation of student services and achieving strategic competitive advantages. |
