Abstract

Inovativnost je v podjetjih vse bolj pomembna za obstoj med konkurenco. Diplomsko delo prikazuje ustvarjalne metode oziroma kreativne tehnike v eni fazi procesa razvoja izdelka in sicer v fazi od ideje do zasnove izdelka. Ustvarjalne metode so izbrane glede na posamezno aktivnost v izbrani fazi izdelka, ter na posamezen inovacijski tip, katere smo klasificirali s pomočjo kontrolnega lista. Metode so izdelane enostavno, pregledno in glede na potrebe majhnih in srednje velikih podjetjih so v modelu prikazani primerni instrumenti za obvladovanje inovacijskega managementa. Izdelan model je namenjen uporabi v majhnih in srednje velikih podjetjih za doseganje inovativnosti s pretežno vključenostjo zunanjih svetovalcev.

Secondary abstract: Innovations in companies are increasingly important for the existence in competition. This diploma thesis focuses on creative methods and creative techniques in one stage of the product development process, namely at the stage from idea to product design. Creative methods are chosen depend on each type of innovation, which we classify using the checklist and singular activity in a selected stage of the product. The methods are created simply and transparently. The appropriate instruments for management innovation managing are shown depending to the needs of small and medium-sized companies. This model is designed for usage in small and medium-sized companies to achieve innovation through the involvement of external consultants.
