Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem želel prikazat idejo o stroju, ki ga odraža dobra prilagodljivost z uporabo laserske tehnologije. Glavno gibanje bi upravljal robot, predviden za uporabo laserskih aplikacij. Velikost stroja je prilagojena, da lahko z njim obdelujemo orodja velikosti do 4000mm x 2000mm. Značilne operacije, ki bi jih izvajali, bi bile, lasersko rezanje, varjenje, merjenje in označevanje. Kasneje sem preučil, ali bi stroj stroške zmanjšal, da bi se splačala njegova izdelava. S pomočjo programa CATIA V5 sem vse sklope stroja skonstruiral in naredil simulacijo kinematike gibanja.

Secondary title: Multifunctional machine with fixture for 6D laser marking
Secondary abstract: I wanted to show the idea of a machine, which reflects great flexibility by using laser technology, in my diploma. The robot, intended for the use of laser applications, would direct the main movement. The size of the machine is adapted to enable the handling of the tools up to 4000mm x 2000mm in size. Typical operations of the machine would be laser cutting, welding, measuring and marking. I also studied the cost and the economy of the machine later in my thesis. I designed and created every building block of the machine, and made the kinematics movement simulation, both by using CATIA V5 program.
