Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje bioplinarno kot izjemno podjetniško priložnost. Leta 2009 je vstopila v veljavo Uredba o podporah električni energiji, proizvedeni iz obnovljivih virov energije, na podlagi katere je možno pridobiti podporo za obdobje 15 let, kar pomeni, da imamo zagotovljen odkup električne energije po določeni ceni s strani Centra za podpore (BORZEN). Ta uredba je seveda zelo povečala zanimanje investitorjev za projekte vezane na OVE. Prav tako smo poudarili pozitivni okoljski učinek bioplinarne, kot naprave za pridobivanje OVE.
Zraven splošno bolj znanih sončnih in hidro elektrarn, je v zadnjem času v porastu povpraševanje po izgradnji bioplinarn. »Slabost« investicije v bioplinarne je predvsem v ogromnem finančnem zalogaju in zagotovitvi vseh tehničnih omejitev, ki jih investicija v bioplinarno zahteva. Tako se kljub izjemnim ekonomskim in ekološkim dobrinam, ki jih bioplinarna zagotavlja, relativno malo ljudi odloča za izvedbo projekta.
Postavitev bioplinarne zahteva kompleksen poslovni načrt, ki daje odgovore na vprašanja rentabilnosti projekta. V tem primeru, ko gre za večji znesek in je projekt povsem tehnične narave, je kvalitetno zasnovan poslovni načrt še toliko bolj pomemben.
V diplomski nalogi je podrobneje predstavljen poslovni načrt za izgradnjo bioplinarne na območju Ormoža. Ponuja odgovore na večino vprašanj, ki bi jih moral vedeti vsak investitor v bioplinarno.

Secondary abstract: |
Diploma describes biogas plant as an great business oportunity. In 2009 the regulation came into force on the support of electricity produced from renewable energy sources on which is possible to obtain support for a period of 15 years.
Beside the generally more well-known solar and hydro power plants, there has recently been increase of demand for biogas plant construction. "The weakness of investment in biogas plant" is in the huge financial investment capital needed. Thus, despite remarkable economic and ecological goods that provide biogas plant, relatively few people chose to implement the project.
Diploma thesis presents a problem of making a ecology a business. Renewable sources can be used also as a great business oportunity. The diplome brings the biogass power plant in front. It represents the whole business plan for investor in biogass plant with all the risks taken into consideration.
Setting up a biogas plant requires a complex business plan, which provides answers to questions for the viability of the project. In my graduate seminar presented detailed business plan to build a biogas plant in the area Ormož. |
