Abstract

Visokotrdnostne pločevine se v vedno večji meri uporabljajo v avtomobilski industriji, saj njihove izjemne mehanske lastnosti dopuščajo gradnjo lažjih, varnejših in ekološko dovršenih avtomobilov. Slabost uporabe novih visokotrdnostnih pločevin pa se kaže predvsem v omejitvah njihovih preoblikovalnih sposobnosti, saj se zaradi posebnih lastnosti teh jekel izredno težko napove obnašanje pločevine med preoblikovanjem. Zato se moramo posluževati računalniških simulacij, brez katerih si danes procesa snovanja orodja za preoblikovanje visokotrdnostnih pločevin ne moremo več predstavljati. Teoretičnim dejstvom sledi praktični primer analize preoblikovalnih lastnosti z računalniškimi simulacijami, pri katerih je dobro razvidna razlika med preoblikovanjem nizkoogljičnih jekel in jekel s povišano trdnostjo.

Secondary title: Sheet forming for steel with increased strength
Secondary abstract: High-strength sheet metal is increasingly used in the automotive industry because of their exceptional mechanical properties, who allow the construction of lighter, safer and ecologically perfect car. The weakness of the new High-strength steel is reflected in the limits of their forming capabilities. Because of the special properties of the AHSS steels, is wery hard to predict the behavor of plates during the forming. Therefore, we have to use computer simulations, without todays process design of tools for high-strength steel forming is no longer imaginebol. After the theoretical analysis follows the practical example of sheet forming by using computer simulations, which gave us clearly visible difference between the forming of low carbon steels and steels with increased strength.
