Abstract

V podjetju KLIMA Forjan se uporablja komprimirani zrak za pogon pnevmatskega orodja. Leta 2005 je bila zgrajena pnevmatska tlačna mreža, katera ni pravilno dimenzionirana zato se pojavljajo napake v delovanju strojev. Ta naloga zajema izboljšanje in rekonstrukcijo omrežja komprimiranega zraka z uporabo novega sistema cevnega omrežja, vgraditev električnih pnevmatskih ventilov pri vseh uporabnikih za izklop odjemalcev, kadar stroji ne obratujejo in ureditev kompresorskega prostora. Cevovod bo izveden iz jeklenih navojnih cevi, kar zagotavlja majhne izgube in tlačne padce. Z novim omrežjem bomo zagotovili manjše puščanje sistema, enakomernejšo dobavo komprimiranega zraka do porabnikov, s tem manjšo porabo električne energije in preprečitev izpadov strojev iz proizvodnje zaradi pomanjkanja komprimiranega zraka.

Secondary abstract: In the company KLIMA Forjan compressed air is used for pneumatic tools. In 2005 the task of the pneumatic pressure grid, which is not properly dimensioned, involved the reconstruction of the compressed airs network. This was done by using a new piping network system, installing electric pneumatic valves on all users. This was made for machine to turn off when machinery does not operate. The pipeline will be made of steel threaded or threadable tubes. These tubes can lead to a small loss in pressure falls. With the new network, we will ensure less leakage of the systems. This means steadier supplies of compressed air to consumers with low consumption of electricity. This will also avoid outages due to lack of machinery referred to in the production of compressed air.
