Abstract

Uvajanje elektronskega poslovanja vzpostavlja med občino in občani nov odnos, saj omogoča neposreden stik občanov z organi občine, poenostavitev raznih postopkov in krajši odzivni čas. občine se tako predstavljajo na spletnih straneh, saj s tem lahko izkoristijo vse možosti, ki jih ponuja splet.
