Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom »Uspešnost prenosa laboratorijskih receptur pri barvanju poliestrnih sukancev v proizvodnjo« smo s pomočjo CIELAB sistema za merjenje barv preučevali uspešnost prenosa laboratorijsko izdelanih receptur v proizvodno prakso. Pri tem smo uporabili dva različna in najpogosteje uporabljena poliestrna sukanca. Barvanje je tako v laboratoriju, kot v proizvodnji potekalo v kislem mediju po enokopelnem izčrpalnem postopku barvanja pri visoki temperaturi. Po končanem postopku barvanja smo pri laboratorijsko obarvanih vzorcih analizirali tudi ekološke parametre odpadne barvalne kopeli. Iz rezultatov izhaja, da je prenos receptur zahteven proces, saj na njegovo uspešnost vplivajo tako posamezni procesni parametri, globina obarvanja kot material.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis entitled "Transfer efficiency of the laboratory dyeing polyester thread recipes into the production" CIELAB colour measurement system, examining the transfer efficiency of laboratory-made recipes into manufacturing practice, was used. Two different and widely used polyester threads were used. Dyeing was carried out equally in the laboratory as in the production, which was in an acid medium following one bath exhaustion dyeing process at high temperature. After the dyeing of the laboratory samples, ecological parameters of the disposal dyeing bath were analyzed. The results showed that the recipes transfer is a pretentious process, as its performance is affected by individual process parameters, the colour depth and material.
