Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo na podlagi analize mnenjske ankete želeli ugotoviti, kakšna so pričakovanja glede vpeljave sistema rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetje Ydria motors d.o.o. z vidika vodij in sodelavcev in kakšne so možnosti za spremembe oziroma izboljšave. Ugotoviti ter predlagati postopke metode opravljanja rednih letnih razgovorov ter organizirati izobraževanje vseh vodij za opravljanje rednih letnih razgovorov. Želeli smo pridobiti informacije, ali se zaposleni in vodje zavedajo pomena rednih letnih razgovorov, ali menijo, da bi opravljanje rednih letnih razgovorov izboljšalo medsebojne odnose. V teoretičnem delu smo se podrobneje dotaknili teorije rednih letnih razgovorov. Opredelili smo redni letni razgovor, namen, teme, obliko in vsebino rednih letnih razgovorov. Raziskavo o vpeljavi rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju Ydria Motors d.o.o. smo predstavili v četrtem poglavju magistrske naloge. Opisali smo, kakšen je bil namen raziskave, katere so bile metode in tehnike dela ter analizirali rezultate ankete. V zaključku pa smo opisali ugotovitve raziskave glede vpeljave letnih razgovorov ter podali predloge za izvajanje le teh. Ugotovili smo, da so sodelavci in vodje mnenja, da so redni letni razgovori koristni in da bi jih bilo zaželjeno uvesti, vendar je problem časovna stiska. Letni razgovori pripomorejo tudi k boljšim medsebojnim odnosom. Da bi se uvedlo redne letne razgovore, bi bila potrebna velika spodbuda vsem, predvsem v prvi vrsti vodjem. Rezultati ankete so dejansko pokazali, da je želja po vpeljavi rednih letnih razgovorov nedvomno izražena, vendar bo na tem področju potrebno še veliko postoriti, predvsem usposobiti izvajalce letnih razgovorov kot tudi seznaniti sodelavce s koristnostjo rednih letnih razgovorov. Potrebno bi bilo organizirati seminarje na temo letnih razgovorov posebej ločeno za sodelavce in vodje. Sodelavci so zaklad vsakega podjetja. Konkurenca lahko posnema podjetje v vseh vidikih poslovanja. Zaposleni pa so prednost vsakega podjetja.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis which based on analysis of opinion surveys we tried to find out what are the expectations due the introduction of annual interviews in the company Ydria Motors d.o.o. from managers and employees and what are the possibilities for changes or improvements. To identify and propose methods of carrying out the regular annual interviews and organize a training for all managers to lead regular annual interviews. We tried to get informations that employees and managers aware of importance of regular annual interviews, or they think that the regular annual interviews will improve relations. In the theoretical part, we looked the theory of regular annual interviews in details. We have identified a regular annual interview, the purpose, theme, form and content of regular annual interviews. A research of introduction regular annual interviews in the company Ydria Motors d.o.o. we presented in the fourth chapter of dissertation . We described what was the purpose of the survey, which methods and techniques were included and we analyzed results of the questionnaires. In conclusion, we describe the findings concerning the introduction of annual interviews, and wrote proposals for implementation. We found that employees and managers believe that regular annual interviews are useful and it would be nice to introduce it, but the problem is a time. Annual interviews also contribute to better mutual relations. In order to introduce a regular annual talks would require a great encouragement to all, especially in the first place managers. So the poll results showed that the desire for the introduction of annual interviews, but in this area, much remains to be done, particularly to enable operators annual meetings as well as to acquaint staff with the benefits of regular annual meetings. It would be necessary to organize seminars on the theme of the annual interviews specifically for the staff and especially for leaders. Colleagues treasure every company. Competition may reproduce the company in all aspects of business. Employees are the advantages of each company.
