Abstract

Internetno bančništvo je v polnem razmahu, tako v Sloveniji kot tudi v Evropi. Internet je pripomogel k odpravi geografskih in časovnih omejitev bančnega poslovanja. Bankam je omogočil, da s svojo ponudbo vstopijo na svetovno bančno tržišče in hkrati pridobijo nove stranke. Elektronsko poslovanje je v zadnjih letih razvoja interneta pridobilo velik pomen. V diplomskem delu smo želeli predstaviti internetno bančništvo, njegove prednosti in slabosti za banke in komitente ter analizirati internetno bančništvo v Sloveniji in ga primerjati z internetnim bančništvom v Evropi. Spletno bančništvo je kot storitev elektronskega bančništva dalo bankam nove razsežnosti, saj so te večino svojih storitev ponudile kar v svoji spletni poslovalnici. Komitenti bank pa za uporabo spletne poslovalnice potrebujejo le osebni računalnik ter dostop do interneta. Zaradi prednosti uporabe internetnega bančništva število uporabnikov spletnih bank iz dneva v dan narašča. Vendar pa bodo morale banke za ohranitev konkurenčne pozicije na trgu posvetiti pozornost k uvajanju novih produktov, obvladovanju tveganj, zniževanju stroškov, dvigovanju kakovosti storitev in ugledu banke, boljši organiziranosti, natančnejšemu ocenjevanju kakovosti komitentov, vlaganju v informacijsko tehnologijo in kadre ter druge aktivnosti.

Secondary abstract: Internet banking is changing rapidly, both in Slovenia and Europe. The Internet has helped to eliminate geographic and time constraints the banking business. Banks is allowed to make their bid to enter the global banking market and simultaneously gain new customers. Electronic commerce in recent years, development of the Internet has gained great importance. In this thesis we wish to introduce Internet banking, its advantages and disadvantages for banks and customers and analysis of internet banking in Slovenia and compare it with internet banking in Europe. Online banking is as electronic banking services to banks found new dimensions, as these are most of its services to offer which in its Internet outlets. Customers of banks to use the online office need only a PC and Internet access. Because of the advantages of internet banking, the online users of internet banking is increasing from day to day. However, banks will have to maintain a competitive position in the market to pay attention to the introduction of new products, risk management, lower costs, raising the quality of service and reputation of the bank, better organized, more accurate assessment of quality clients, investing in information technology and human resources and other activities.
