Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega idejno in oblikovno rešitev individualnega vozila za golf, podkrepljeno z ergonomskimi problemi, ki se pojavljajo pri teh vozilih ter njihovimi ustreznimi rešitvami. Narejena je trdnostna analiza okvirja po metodi končnih elementov, s katero smo dimenzije okvirja zreducirali do meje dopustnih napetosti. Prikazan je celovit proces inženirskega oblikovanja od idejne risbe, pravilne geometrije, računalniškega modeliranja, optimizacije okvirja, do izbire barvnih rešitev ter izdelave virtualnega in fizičnega prototipa. Z upoštevanjem tehničnega in estetskega vidika obravnavanega problema je dosežena izbrana oblikovna in tehnična rešitev, ki zadošča varnostnim faktorjem ter ima dober tržni potencial.

Secondary title: Individual vehicle for golf courses
Secondary abstract: This thesis summons the idea and the design solution for this individual vehicle for golf course, with emphasis on ergonomic problems, which occur in this type of vehicle, and their solutions. There is a frame analysis made by finite element method, which we use to reduce frame dimensions to an allowable level of tension. The whole process of engineering design is demonstrated, from the actual sketch, accurate geometry, graphic software design, frame optimization, colour scheme solutions, and the composition of the virtual and physical prototype. Regarding to the technical and the esthetic view of the problem, a design and a technical solution is accomplished, which suffices security factors, and has a good market potential.
