Abstract

Cilj moje diplomske naloge je predstaviti celoten potek razvoja orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine, od povpraševanja naročnika do prevzema orodja. Orodje, na katerega se nanaša diplomska naloga, je transferno preoblikovalno orodje in se bo uporabljalo za preoblikovanje pločevine iz aluminijeve zlitine. V diplomi sem podrobneje opisal lastnosti aluminijeve zlitine, postopek globokega vleka, obrezovanja ter luknjanja. Prav tako sem podrobneje opisal simuliranje s programom AutoForm ter modeliranje s programskim paketom CATIA V5.

Secondary title: Design of transfer forming tool for sheet metal from aluminium alloy
Secondary abstract: The goal of my dissertation is to present the entire course of development of the tool for the modification of sheet metal, from client inquiry to the takeover of the tool. The tool mentioned in my dissertation is a transfer modification tool and it will be used for the modification of sheet metal from aluminium alloy. In my dissertation I described the characteristics of aluminium alloy, the deep draw process, the trimming and piercing. I also described in detail the AutoForm programme simulation and modelling with the CATIA V5 program package.
