Zagotavljanje vertikalne in horizontalne preglednosti

Abstract

Predmet diplomske naloge je preglednost ceste v krivinah. Nezadostna preglednost cest v krivinah je namreč eden izmed najpogostejših vzrokov za nastanek prometnih nesreč. Podana je zakonska regulativa glede preglednosti na odsekih cest, podrobneje pa so opisani vidno polje voznika, vertikalna in horizontalna preglednost. Na podlagi prikazanih teoretičnih določanj preglednosti sta v diplomski nalogi izpostavljena dva primera krivin (vertikalna in horizontalna), ki sta del regionalne ceste tretjega reda, ki poteka skozi manjše naselje Bočna. Naštete so ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti, podani pa so možni predlogi za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja.

Secondary abstract:	The following thesis analyses vertical and horizontal visibility of signing and markings, and with it its insufficiency which is one of the leading causes of traffic accidents. In the thesis, the regulation on the visibility at road sections is presented. Furthermore, the range of vision and the vertical and horizontal visibility of signing and markings is described in detail. Two examples of bends which are found on the tertiary road along the Bočna settlement are presented and analysed. Deficiencies of these bends are described, and suggestions are made for improving the vertical and horizontal visibility of the signing and markings of the two sections in question.
