Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena tehnološka zasnova in postopek konstruiranja progresivnega orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine. Na začetku so opisane teoretične osnove preoblikovalnih operacij v orodju in določeni so parametri, potrebni za konstruiranje, kot tudi vrste orodij za preoblikovanje pločevine. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene razvojne faze in tehnološka zasnova progresivnega orodja. Prikazana je primerjalna simulacija elastičnega izravnavanja izdelka, preoblikovanega z enostopenjskim upogibnim vložkom z dvostopenjskim upogibnim vložkom (realizirano). To diplomsko delo prikazuje tudi probleme in rešitve, s katerimi se soočamo med konstruiranjem orodja, in podaja napotke za bodoče konstruktorje.

Secondary title: Technological design and construction of a progressive tool for a transformation of sheet metal
Secondary abstract: This thesis studies technological design and process of construction of progressive tool for transformation of sheet metal. In the beginning I’m describing theory of basic transforming operations of the tool and setting parameters needed for construction. I’m also introducing tools which are in use to transform metal sheets. I continue the thesis by presenting development phases and technological designs of progressive tools. I compare simulation of spring back product transformed by single bending contribution with transforming by two-ply bending (realized). My work also show problems and solutions which one can face while constructing a tool and providing guidelines for future designers.
