Abstract

V nalogi je predstavljen mehansko krmiljen sistem za vbrizgavanje goriva s posebnim poudarkom na izboljšanju karakteristik vbrizgavanja. Analizirani so vplivi posameznih parametrov kot so dolžina in notranji premer visokotlačnih cevi tlačilke ter preddvig bata v linijski visokotlačni tlačilki na karakteristiko vbrizgavanja, tlak vbrizgavanja, trajanje in začetek vbrizgavanja. Analiza eksperimenta je pokazala, da imata na karakteristike procesa vbrizgavanja največji vpliv dolžina in notranji premer visokotlačnih cevi. Analiza dobljenih rezultatov bo v pomoč prihodnjim raziskavam na področju karakteristik procesa vbrizgavanja.

Secondary title: Influence of parameters on injection characteristics
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a mechanical steering system for fuel injection with special stress on improving injection characteristics. The influence of individual parameters on injection characteristics is analysed such as length, inner diameter of high-pressure supply pump pipes, piston pre-lift in line high pressure supply pump, injection pressure, injection duration and start. Experiment analysis has shown that length and inner diameter of high-pressure pipes have the highest influence on injection process characteristics. The analysis of the results presents a contribution to future research in the field of injection process characteristics
