Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predmet raziskave oziroma analize čistilna naprava za obdelavo odpadnih vod podjetja Henkel Slovenija. V diplomskem delu so zajeti in predstavljeni nekateri osnovni principi teorije in prakse čiščenja odpadnih vod. Predstavljene so vse dejavnosti, ki morajo biti upoštevane pri projektiranju industrijske čistilne naprave. Posebna pozornost je namenjena kemijskim in fizikalnim lastnostim vod. Zaradi obsežnosti teme so v diplomskem delu opisani le nekateri najpomembnejši načini čiščenja odpadnih vod. V čistilni napravi se obdeluje odpadna voda, ki nastaja ob pranju mešalnikov, v katerih se proizvaja barva za lase. Količina šarže je 4 m3. Odpadna voda je alkalna s pH 10 in vsebuje vrsto različnih organskih zdravju nenevarnih snovi. KPK vode je približno 15.000 mgO2/l. Voda vsebuje tudi 230 mg tenzidov/l in do 5.000 mg/l snovi, ki se ekstrahirajo v organskem topilu. Voda je obarvana. Obarvanost je odvisna od trenutne proizvodnje. S testom biorazgradljivosti je ugotovljeno, da je 96 % snovi biološko razgradljivih.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this thesis is the research and analysis of the waste water treatment device for the company Henkel Slovenia. Some basic principles of theory and practice of waste water treatment are covered and presented in this thesis. Presented herein are all of the activities that must be taken into account when designing the industrial waste water treatment plant. Special attention is paid to chemical and physical properties of water. Due to the large scale of the subject of this thesis only some of the most important methods of waste water treatment are described. The treatment plant processes waste water that occurs during the washing of mixers, which are used in the production of hair dyes. The amount of a batch is 4 m3. Waste water is alkaline with a pH of 10 and contains a number of different organic substances that are not hazardous to health. COD of water is approximately 15,000 mg of O2/l. The water also contains 230 mg of tensides/l and up to 5,000 mg/l of the substances which are extracted in an organic solvent. Water is coloured. The colouration is dependent on current production. Using the biodegradability test it was found that 96% were biodegradable materials.
