Abstract

Zavarovalništvo postaja ena glavnih dejavnosti v našem poslovnem okolju. Zavarovalnice se povezujejo z bankami in drugimi podjetji ter tako nastajajo pomembne finančne skupine. Sinergija med njimi povzroča nastanek novih produktov, prav tako pa jih želja po nenehnem napredku žene v razvijanje novih poslovnih priložnosti. V našem diplomskem delu smo najprej predstavili elektronsko poslovanje, njegove začetke, prednosti in slabosti. Izpostavili smo nujnost e-poslovanja za vsa podjetja, ki želijo biti konkurenčna in v stiku s svetovnimi trendi poslovanja. Skozi prizmo e-poslovanja smo se navezali na Zavarovalnico Maribor in predstavili njeno elektronsko poslovanje. Temelj vsakega uspešnega e-zavarovalništva je dobro razvit informacijski sistem. Na njegovem temelju, lahko nato strokovnjaki iz področja zavarovalništva s pomočjo informatikov in tudi zunanjih sodelavcev ustvarijo spletni portal, ki bo izhodišče za uspešno spletno poslovanje. V diplomskem delu smo podrobno predstavili spletni portal Zavarovalnice Maribor z oblikovnega, vsebinskega, tehničnega, uporabnostnega in marketinškega vidika. Predstavili smo spletno ponudbo Zavarovalnice Maribor, ki je primerjalno gledano nad povprečjem preostalih zavarovalnic, delujočih na našem območju. Nazorno in podrobno smo tudi preučili in predstavili možnost dejanske uporabe spletnih storitev, kot so izračun, sklenitev zavarovanja in prijava škode. E-zavarovalništvo torej postaja nujno, tako za uporabnike kot za zavarovalnice. Uporabniki z njim ogromno pridobijo, saj lahko nemoteno kadar koli dostopajo do vsebin, ki jih zanimajo, do nujnih informacij ali koristijo spletne storitve. Za zavarovalnice pa ta način poslovanja predstavlja nižje stroške poslovanja, hkrati pa se ustvarja nov način interakcije z uporabniki. Zavarovalnica si na ta način pridobiva prednost pred konkurenco, dviguje ugled podjetja in hkrati ponuja na trgu nove produkte s pomočjo novih marketinških poti.

Secondary abstract: Insurance service is becoming one of the significant factors in our business environment. Insurance companies are searching for a link with the banks and other enterprises in order to establish important financial groups. The synergy among them triggers the formation of new products while the desire of constant progress establishes new business opportunities. In our diploma paper the emphasis is on the electronic commerce, its beginnings and its advantages and disadvantages. We stressed out the importance of e-commerce for every enterprise in order to be competitive and in touch with the world’s marketing trends. Therefore we established a contact with Zavarovalnica Maribor and introduced their electronic insurance service. The foundation of every successful e-insurance service is well developed information system. On its basis, the insurance experts with the help of information technicians and other co-workers are able to create the web site which is the starting-point for efficient e-insurance. In the paper we thoroughly presented the web portal of Zavarovalnica Maribor from its formative, content, technical, practical and marketing viewpoint. We introduced the online service of Zavarovalnica Maribor, which is in comparison with other insurance companies, working in our area, high above the average. Thoroughly and in details we managed to examine and introduced the availability of using the e-services, such as calculation, make insurance and report of damage. E-insurance is becoming a vital part of insurance service for the users as well as for the insurance companies. The users gain immensely due to entering to the data which they are interested in. While for the insurance companies it means lower costs and by the same time another way of communication with the users. The insurance company is also gaining the needed reputation and simultaneously offers new products with the help of new marketing ways.
