Abstract

Za obstoječe neustrezno nivojsko križišče so prometnotehnično obdelane različne možnosti rekonstrukcije križišča. Prikazan je postopek in metoda procesa planiranja rekonstrukcije križišča z opisom obstoječega stanja križišča in položaja križišča v cestni mreži, analizo prometne varnosti, analizo prepustnosti obstoječega križišča, prognozo prometnih tokov za plansko obdobje ter prikazom prometne učinkovitosti posamezne variantne rešitve. Predstavljena sta dva osnovna tipa rekonstrukcije: semaforizacija obstoječega križišča ter izvedba krožnega križišča. Za vsako varianto je preverjeno izpolnjevanje kriterijev za presojo upravičenosti izvedbe. Izdelana je medsebojna primerjava posameznih rešitev po gradbenotehničnih, prometnoekonomskih, okoljskih parametrih, prostorskih in prometnovarnostnih pogojih ter pripravljen predlog optimalne ureditve križišča. Obravnavana problematika je predstavljena na konkretnem primeru neustreznega nivojskega križišča regionalnih cest R2-425/1266 Šentvid–Šoštanj, R2-425/1267 Šoštanj–Pesje ter lokalnih cest LC 410150 in LK 411192 v mestu Šoštanj.

Secondary title: Determination of possible solutions for the reconstruction of the level intersection of two regional roads in Šoštanj
Secondary abstract: We studied different possibilities of reconstructing an unsuitable level intersection in form a technical and traffic/oriented point of view. The following elements are detailed in the paper: the procedure and the method of the process of planning the reconstruction of the intersection with a description of the existing condition and position of the intersection in the road system, an analysis of the traffic safety, an analysis of the permeability of the existing intersection, a prognosis of the traffic flow for the planning period and a demonstration of the traffic affectivity for the solution of each version. Two basic types of reconstruction are introduced: signalization of the existing intersection and the construction of a round about. For each version, verified criteria have been met to determine the justification of the construction. A comparison of individual solutions from a technical and traffic-oriented perspective, environmental parameters, and space and traffic safety requirements is prepared, as well as a proposal for an optimal reconstruction of the intersection. The problem under consideration is described for an example of an unsuitable level intersection on the regional roads R2-425/1266 Šentvid–Šoštanj, R2-425/1267 Šoštanj–Pesje and local roads LC 410150 in LK 411192 in the town of Šoštanj.
