Abstract

Delo predstavlja izbor ključnih ukrepov na področju urejanja trajnostnih naselij. Komparativna analiza primerov evropskih držav je podana v tabelah, kjer s pomočjo indikatorjev trajnostnega razvoja preverjamo pristope posameznih držav do skrbi za naravo in biotsko pestrost, klimatske spremembe in kakovost življenja (energija, promet, vode, hrup, zrak) ter ravnanje z odpadki (materiali). Rezultat analiz je, z upoštevanjem načel in ciljev sonaravnega razvoja mest, seznam minimalnih in priporočljivih parametrov sonaravne soseske v Sloveniji in ovrednotenje lokacij za trajnostno sosesko v Mestni občini Maribor.

Secondary abstract:	This work represents the assortment of basic measures in the field of planning sustainable neighbourhoods. The comparative analysis of European examples is presented by means of indicators of sustainable development in charts which present and analyze approaches of different countries to nature protection and biodiversity, climate change and quality of life (energy, traffic, water resources, noise control, air) and waste management (materials). When considering the principles and objectives of sustainable city development, the result of the analysis shows a list of minimal and advisable parameters of sustainable neighbourhood in Slovenia and the evaluation of locations for a sustainable neighbourhood in the Municipality of Maribor.
