Abstract
Podjetja se na tržne razmere globalizacije trgov in vse večje konkurence ustrezno prilagajajo z vpeljevanjem različnih sistemov, ki zagotavljajo določeno kakovost poslovanja in njeno učinkovitost. Zamenjuje se tudi urejenost podjetij, in iz stare funkcijske prehajajo podjetja na drugačne, sodobnejše organizacijske strukture. Teoretični del te diplomske naloge je obravnava reorganizacije dela podjtja. Opisane so organizacijske strukture, ko bi primerno nadomestile staro funkcijsko organizacijsko strukturo. IOpredeljeni so tako procesi, pomen delitev del kot tudi pomen prenove poslovnih procesov. V empiričnem delu so predstavljene informacije o obstoječi organiziranosti obravnavanega podjetja XY. Na podlagi analize stanja je prikazana primernejša organiziranost, ki bi prinesla učinkovitejše rešitve kot pa jih zagotavlja trenutna funkcijska organiziranost.

Secondary abstract: |
Companies adjust to changes in their business environment, linked to globalization and increased competition, by implementing various changes to their organizational structure, all with one goal: to ensure and adequate quality and efficiency of performance. Parallel to that businesses are shifting their organization structure, from more traditional, function driven, to modern and advanced ones.
The teoretical part of this thesis deals with reorganizing the work process within the company. I describe organizational structures, which would adequately substitute the old functional organizational structure. I determine the processes, the significance of the division of labor, as well as the importance of business process remodeling. In the emipirical part of the thesis I introduce information abozut the current organizational structure of an exemplary company, XY company. On the basis of an analysis of the current situation I propose a more appropriate, contemporary organizational structure, which would introduce more efficient solutions to the business process as the current one does. |
