Abstract
V današnjem času se vse premalo podjetij zaveda, kako pomembno vlogo imata kultura in klima v podjetju, saj sta med najpomembnejšimi dejavniki in zato ključnega pomena za uspešnost podjetja. Kultura in klima podjetja pripomoreta k boljšemu vzdušju v podjetju in k večji motiviranosti ter pripadnosti podjetju, kar posledično pripomore tudi k večji konkurenčni prednosti podjetja. Pri njunem oblikovanju in razvoju pa ima veliko vlogo vodstvo podjetja oziroma top management, ki daje svojim zaposlenim zgled, jih spoštuje, jim zmeraj prisluhne in ki za svoje zaposlene primerno skrbi.
V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo na podlagi metode Pümpina in Prangeja (Pümpin in Prange, 1995) proučevali teoretična izhodišča življenjskega cikla, nadalje smo raziskovali teoretična izhodišča, ki opredeljujejo pomen kulture in klime podjetja za njegov uspeh, ter podrobneje predstavili tipologije kulture in dimenzije klime podjetja.
V magistrskem delu smo podrobneje predstavili podjetje Urbano pleme, d. d., in proučevali življenjski cikel podjetja s pomočjo metode Pümpina in Prangeja (Pümpin in Prange, 1995) ter s tem določili, v katero življenjsko fazo se podjetje uvršča. Na primeru podjetja Urbano pleme, d. d., smo opredelili kulturo in moč kulture s pomočjo metode Camerona in Quinna (Cameron in Quinn, 1999), klimo podjetja pa s pomočjo metode Victorja in Cullena (Victor in Cullen, 1988).

Nowadays far too few companies are aware of the importance of the role of enterprise culture and enterprise climate, which are among the most important factors and play a key role in a enterprise's success since they contribute to a better atmosphere within the enterprise, increase motivation and enterprise loyalty, which in turn contributes to better competitive advantage of the enterprise. In the formation and development of enterprise culture and enterprise climate the top management plays a crucial part by setting an example for their employees, respecting them and listening to them, as well as taking care of them.
In the theoretical part of our master's degree research we have studied theoretical principles of organizational life cycle based on the Pümpin and Prange method (Pümpin and Prange, 1995). Furthermore we have studied theoretical principles that define the importance of enterprise culture and enterprise climate for a enterprise's success and have presented in detail different types of enterprise culture and aspects of enterprise climate.
In our master's degree paper we have focused on the company Urbano pleme, d. d. and studied its life cycle using the Pümpin and Prange method (Pümpin and Prange, 1995), by which we have determined at which stage of its life cycle the enterprise Urbano pleme, d. d. is today. We have defined enterprise culture and its strenght using Cameron's and Quinn's method (Cameron and Quinn, 1999) and enterprise climate using Victor's and Cullen's method (Victor and Cullen, 1988) using the enterprise Urbano pleme, d. d. as an example. |
