Abstract

Gradbena jama je začasen objekt, ki ga po končani gradnji zasujemo. Gradbena jama mora biti izkopana pravilno in kakovostno, v nasprotnem primeru se lahko sesuje oz. poškoduje, kar podaljša čas in poveča stroške gradenj. Ker pomeni izkop za določen objekt vedno poseg v zemljino v različnih globinah, je potrebno takšne izkope oz. gradbene jame ustrezno varovati pred porušitvijo. V geotehnični praksi se najpogosteje uporabljajo racionalne kombinacije podpornih konstrukcij s sistemskimi sidranji, brizganim cementnim betonom, uvrtanimi tirnicami, sidranimi berlinskimi stenami ter mnoge druge. Pri tem so za opredelitev zahtevnosti podpornih konstrukcij zelo pomembni geotehnični pogoji, ki izhajajo iz mehanskih lastnosti tal, vplivov talne in precejajoče se vode, občutljivosti tal na spremembe napetostnih in deformacijskih stanj v tleh ter predvsem potencialna ogroženost objektov in okolja v vplivnem območju podpornih konstrukcij.

Secondary abstract: The construction pit is a temporary facility, which after construction work is finished is filled in. The construction pit must be excavated properly and according to standards of quality, contrary to this it can collapse or cause damage, which increases the time of construction as well as work costs. Because excavation for defined buildings always involves intervention into the soil at various depths it is necessary that such excavations or construction of pits respectively be suitably protected prior to demolition. In geotechnical practice a rational combination of support constructions with systematic anchoring, cement spray concrete, bored rails, anchored Berlin walls are most frequently used, along with many others. For determination of the complexity of support structures the geotechnical conditions are of great importance, and arise from the mechanical properties of the ground, the impact of underground and filtered water, ground sensitivity to changes caused by stress and the state of ground deformity and above all the potential threat to buildings and the surroundings in the impact area of support constructions
