Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo postopek emulacije memristorja z elektronskim vezjem. Definiramo memristor in odkritje memristorja. Opišemo načrtovanje zahtevane karakteristike memduktance memristorja, realiziranega s pomočjo M-UU mutatorja, ki preslika ustrezno prenosno karakteristiko nelinearnega ojačevalnika v ustrezno q-φ karakteristiko memristorja. Realiziramo elektronsko vezje memristorja in izmerimo njegovo karakteristiko ter njegovo ustreznost preverimo s simulatorjem SPICE. Naredimo povzetek dobljenih rezultatov in izračunamo ter pojasnimo odstopanja.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma work we are presenting a procedure of electronic emulation of memristor. We define the memristor and discovery of a memristor. We also describe how to design required characteristic of memductance of a memristor, realised by M-UU mutator, which copies the corresponding transferable characterisic of non-linear operational amplifier into proper q – φ characteristic of a memristor. We realise the electronic circuit of a memristor, measure it's characteristic and verify the memristor's suitability with the SPICE simulator. We make a summary of obtained results and explain the differences.
