Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis presents the types of intersections in urban areas, and facilities and traffic calming measures at the end of settlements. In the case of reconstruction of the intersection of Belvedere in Izola shows how, through the traffic calming measures to seek to resolve the problem of excessive speed at crossings at the end of settlements. After analyzing the criteria has been shown that the optimal variant of the reconstruction of the existing four-intersection in a roundabout.
