Abstract

Za vsako kakovost, učinkovitost in uspešnost je pomembno, da so cilji podjetja usklajeni z njegovimi organizacijskimi vrednotami in z vrednotami njegovih ljudi. Te pa z vrednotami podjetja. Zato je razjasnjevanje vrednot pomemben korak na poti k izboljšanim dosežkom in uspešnosti. Zaposleni v organizaciji predstavljajo pomemben dejavnik za uspešnost delovanja. Vendar ni dovolj, da samo opravljajo svoje delo, biti morajo tudi učinkoviti. Na to pa vpliva veliko dejavnikov, ki predstavljajo kulturo in klimo, ki vladata v podjetju. V diplomskem seminarju smo podrobneje preučevali organizacijsko kulturo in klimo, opredelili njene definicije različnih avtorjev, obrazložili njune dimenzije ter predstavili način merjenja in pomen njunega merjenja in proučevanja. Prav tako smo praktično izvedli meritev organizacijske kulture in klime v izbranem podjetju z metodologijo avtorice Mihalič. Namen merjenja kulture in klime v podjetju Gradbeništvo in prevozništvo Jamniker Marjan, s. p. je bil spoznati aktualno organizacijsko kulturo in klimo, jo analizirati in poiskati možnosti za njeno izboljšanje. Z našo raziskav smo ugotovili, da v podjetju Gradbeništvo in prevozništvo Jamniker Marjan, s. p., vladata ustrezna in zadovoljiva organizacijska kultura in klima. Do teh ugotovitev smo prišli s statističnimi podatki, ki smo jih pridobili z analizo odgovorov na vprašalnik namenjen ugotavljanju kulture in klime v podjetju. Ker današnja podjetja stremijo za dolgoročnim uspešnim poslovanjem in pridobivanjem dobička, je etika podjetja pri tem odlučojočega pomena. Podjetje, ki želi dolgoročno rasti in se razvijati mora pri svojem delovanju posebno pozornost posvetiti upravljanju z etiko podjetja. Uspešno upravljanje z etiko podjetja na vseh področjih delovanja podjetja podjetju zagotovi, ne samo obstoj, ampak tudi dolgoročno rast in razvoj.

Secondary abstract: For quality service, effectiveness and success of the company, it is important that the goals of the company are consistent with organizational values of the company and values of its employees. All values have to be coherent with the company values.Therefore, clarification of values is an important step on the way towards improved achievements and success. An important factor for successful operation are employees of an organisation. It is not enough that they only complete their tasks, they have to be efficient. Efficiency depends on many factors that present culture and climate that governs in a company. This diploma paper researches organisational culture and climate, discuses definitions of several authors, explains their dimensions, presents method of measurement and importance of their measurement and research. Authors of the thesis have empirically measured organisational culture and climax in the chosen company with the methodology of the author Mihalič. The goal of the measurement of the organisational culture and climate in the company Gradbeništvo in prevozništvoJamnikerMarjan, s.p., was to get to know the present organisational culture and climate, to analyse them and find possibilities for their improvement. Our research has established that there are proper and satisfying organisational culture and climate in the company Gradbeništvo in prevozništvoJamnikerMarjan, s.p. These findings were established with statistical data that were gained with analysis of the answers that were on the questionnaire intended to determine culture and climate in the company. Modern companies strive to achieve long-term successful business operations and profit, and company ethics are very important in that process. Company that tries to achieve long-term growth and is developing has topay a lot of attention to the management of the company ethics. Successful company ethics management in all areas of company’s operating ensures not only company's existence but also long-term growth and development.
